Our Services

Our support is tailored to your needs, goals, and stage of recovery. Whether short-term after an injury or longer-term support at home, we provide care that is safe, respectful, and built around you.

  • Personal Care & Home Support

We provide comprehensive personal care and home support designed to promote independence, dignity, and safety in the home.

Our nurse led team delivers tailored support for individuals recovering from injury, living with disability, or requiring short term or ongoing assistance.

    Our services may include:

    • 24/7 support (as clinically required)
    • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility
    • Meal preparation and recovery-aligned nutritional support
    • Medication assistance under clinical guidance
    • Social support and meaningful engagement
    • Home help and practical daily assistance

As a nurse led service, all care is delivered with clinical oversight, clear care planning, and a focus on restorative outcomes.

We work alongside funders, referrers, and whānau to ensure support aligns with approved care plans and individual recovery goals.

Grounded in compassion and clinical excellence, we believe personal care is more than completing tasks, it is an opportunity to restore confidence, promote independence, and honour the dignity of every person we serve.

  • Keeping up with the home can feel overwhelming during recovery or when mobility is limited. We provide structured home management support to maintain a safe, hygienic, and functional living environment.

    Services may include:

    • Light household cleaning

    • Laundry and linen changes

    • Kitchen and bathroom upkeep

    • Rubbish removal

    • Basic organising and essential household tasks

Our approach is restorative wherever possible, supporting clients to remain involved in tasks safely while promoting independence and wellbeing.

Please note: We are not a commercial cleaning service. Where deep cleaning is required, we can assist in connecting clients with appropriate external providers.

  • As a nurse led service, we provide professional in-home clinical care to support recovery, safety, and long-term health needs.

    Services may include:

    • Wound assessment and dressing changes

    • Post-operative monitoring

    • Suprapubic catheter (SPC) care and changes

    • Medication administration and monitoring

    • Pressure injury assessment and management

    • Clinical oversight of home support plans

All care is delivered by a Registered Nurse and guided by clinical standards, safety protocols, and individual health goals.

Where eligible, services may be funded through ACC or other approved funding pathways. We also work in coordination with GPs, specialists, and wider health teams to ensure continuity of care.

  • Connection and meaningful engagement are essential to overall wellbeing.

We provide structured support that promotes independence, confidence, and active participation in everyday life, while also offering genuine companionship and emotional support.

    Support may include:

    • Meaningful companionship and conversation

    • Goal-focused community participation

    • Assistance attending appointments and social activities

    • Support engaging in cultural, social, or faith-based communities

    • Encouragement with hobbies, routines, and daily structure

    • Confidence-building following injury or health changes

Our approach centres on dignity, choice, and respect. We support each person to remain connected, involved, and empowered, not just cared for.

  • We support people recovering from injury, surgery, or illness who need additional help to regain independence safely at home and in the community.

Recovery takes time. It’s normal to need structured support while rebuilding strength, confidence, and routine.

Our team provides practical, goal focused assistance that promotes independence. We work alongside you to build daily skills, restore function, and gradually return to meaningful activities. As your confidence and ability improve, we adjust support to ensure continued progress and safety.

How it works

2.) We Create a Support Plan (developing an Individual Support Plan)
Together, we develop a personalised support plan that outlines your goals, the type of support needed, and how we will help you regain independence.

Step 1

1.) We Listen & Assess (initial assessment)
We take time to understand your injury, needs, goals, and daily routine. Where required, we complete a structured assessment to ensure the right level of support is in place.

Step 2

4.) We Review & Adjust (regular reviews and adjustments).
We regularly review your progress and adjust your support as your needs change, helping you move forward safely and confidently.

Step 3

3.) We Deliver Support (coordinated home care)
Our trained team provides safe, respectful care in your home, focused on building confidence and encouraging independence.
